Tepezza treats the underlying processes that cause the eye symptoms in thyroid eye disease (TED). In TED, biologic treatments often target key molecular drivers such as the thyroid-stimulating hormone receptor (TSHR) and the insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor (IGF-1R).
